Understanding Our Returns Policy

At Himalayas Ayurveda, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality and care. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@himalayalifecare.in with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective product

  • A short description of the issue

Once your return request is approved, we’ll share instructions for returning the item.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

If the return does not meet the above conditions, the refund may be declined.


4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a replacement, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may refuse delivery, and we’ll process your refund (after deducting shipping charges).


6. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged package, please share photos/videos with us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider (processing times vary).

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@himalayalifecare.in.
