  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
For international shipping requests, please contact us directly at support@himalayalifecare.in — we’ll do our best to assist you.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or unexpected factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on our website).

  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below that amount.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment anytime.

6. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to pay for re-shipping.

We take great care to pack your orders securely.
However, if your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
